Truedoxa Educational Project is a UK-registered Community Interest Company (CIC No. 16786808) working in partnership with Truedoxa Educational Foundation in Nigeria. We provide educational support services by facilitating access to learning resources and scholarships for secondary school students.

At Truedoxa, we operate as a UK Community Interest Company in partnership with our Nigerian-registered Truedoxa Educational Foundation. We focus exclusively on enabling learners through resource distribution and scholarship facilitation.

Provision of Educational Resources

We facilitate the provision of educational materials, books, digital resources, and learning tools to learners and schools.

Through book drives, resource sharing, and distribution initiatives, we help support learning opportunities and academic progress for students.

Secondary School Scholarships

We facilitate provision of secondary school scholarships and bursaries to deserving students facing financial barriers to education.

These scholarships help cover fees, uniforms, books, and other essentials, enabling continued access to secondary education.

Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • Be a Nigerian citizen or legal resident currently enrolled in (or accepted to) a recognized secondary school in Nigeria (JS1–SS3 level).
  • Demonstrate genuine financial need (family/guardian unable to fully cover school costs — verified via documents).
  • Have a strong academic record (minimum average of 70% or above in the most recent term — submit report card).
  • Be aged 11–18 years at time of application.

We accept applications from all genders, ethnic groups, and regions in Nigeria.

Selection Process

Applications are scored objectively by a small committee:

  • Financial need (verified documents) — 45 points
  • Academic performance (report card) — 35 points
  • Personal statement (300–500 words) — 15 points
  • School recommendation letter — 5 points

Shortlisted candidates may be contacted for verification. Decisions are final.

How to Apply

Submit via email only (documents not accepted via phone/WhatsApp):

Required documents:

  • Recent passport-sized photo
  • School ID or admission letter
  • Most recent term report card/transcript (stamped/signed)
  • Evidence of financial need (parent/guardian income declaration, affidavit, and letter explaining hardship)
  • Personal statement (300–500 words: "Why I need this scholarship and my future goals")
  • Recommendation letter from school principal or teacher

Applications will be open from July 2027.

Award Details

Awards are dependent on donations received, with a minimum amount of ₦250,000 per student per academic year (higher amounts possible if more funds are raised).

Funds are disbursed directly to schools or verified vendors (fees, uniforms, books — no cash to individuals).

Renewal possible based on continued need and satisfactory progress/attendance.
