Truedoxa Educational Project CIC (“we”) is the controller of personal data sent to us for enquiries, donations and scholarship applications.

What we collect

Application documents (identity, school records, financial-need evidence, statements and references).

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and partnership requests.
To assess scholarship applications and disburse awards to schools or vendors.
To meet legal, accounting and CIC reporting duties.

Sharing

We may share relevant application information with Truedoxa Educational Foundation in Nigeria and with schools or vendors needed to verify or pay an award. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and keep a basic record. Application files for unsuccessful candidates are kept no longer than required for audit and complaint handling, then securely deleted.
